Rhys Harding is a writer and English teacher, originally from the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and now residing in London.

His debut collection 'i am so tired of feeling this way.' was independently published as a celebration of their academic achievements and to share the emotional and heartbreaking journey Harding faced whilst creating. This collection was an introspective of love, feeling content and starvation of both the physical and the spiritual.

Harding's new collection, 'all of our bodies are delicate' is a new collection written between 2020 and 2025, an exploration of human experience and a reconstruction of the spirit, strength and love. Continuing to tackle the themes of trauma, love, food and self-worth, Harding's free verse is an accessible and valuable collection to add to your bookshelf.
